Class Updates
February 15th, 2012 - Heather is out sick today, so the Physique class at 10:10am has been canceled.
Aqua Classes:
Starting Monday January 16, 2012, the aqua classes will permanently be held at the Holiday Inn Express: 420 West University Dr. Mishawaka, IN 46545. Ph: 574-277-2520.
The class will now start at 8:45am, instead of 9am, but for those that were not aware of the time schedule change, Lucy the instructor will continue to go until 10am for a little while.
