"I have been a member at Pinnacle for many years. I made a habit to
visit the gym 4-5 times a week and thought I felt fit. I never real-

months ago a friend finally convinced me to invest in a personal
trainer. I had watched Sooka train others. I watched her teach spin-
ning and aerobics but never really paid close attention. I am now one
