Pam Voelker
I have enjoyed working in the Health and Fitness Industry for over five years now. Currently, I am a group fitness instructor and I espcially enjoy conducting Personal Training for individual clients, by appointment. In the last few years I have found a new understanding of mental, emotional, and physical wellness through exercise. It has given me more stamina, greater presence of mind and confidence, and allowed me to triumph over personal health challenges. I have a great passion for helping my clients meet and exceed their personal goals. I love to see the effect this has on their self-esteem and general attitude about their lives. My philosophy is to lead by example, inspiring others to make health and fitness a fundamental part of their lifestyle, which inevitably leads to improvement in other areas of their lives. I strive to be the most positive role model I can for my children and teach them that being healthy inside and out is key to their happiness. As your teacher and trainer I will be there for you, to encourage you, every step of the way!
