Corepole Fusion Experience the versatility and unlimited movement options that deliver cardio, strength, stability, and flexibility with one tool! The Corepole harnesses the collective energy of people working together to deliver supreme individual results! Endurance Spin Mix it up Spinners. Take the endurance challenge. This class will push you past that comfort zone. Kettlebell Basic/Kettlebell Circuit Kettlebell classes are designed to use your time most efficiently by combining strength, cardio, and flexibility all in one. You will perform a variety of squats, presses, and unique ballistic drills to develop supreme funtional fitness. **Class size is limited, must see front desk for more information. Kickboxing Put your gloves on and get ready to kick & punch your way to a fabulous fit physique. This class will introduce you to the amazing results that come from a boxers' workout & will keep you coming back for more! Low N Lean Low impact continuous movement while using light dumbbells. A solid workout that is sure to improve your cardiovascular endurance and capacity. Power Hour The ultimate cardio & Strength experience! You will encounter strength and cardio movements in an explosive hour that will make you feel more POWERful than ever. Signature Cardio Step N Tone Cross training class combining stamina and strength of step with add weight resistance exercises to develop muscle tone! TURBOKICK You will kick, punch and groove that calories away in this action packed, fun and safe cardiovascular workout! Urban Grooves Similar to Zumba with its own flare! ZUMBA! An exciting combination of Latin, African and R & B/Hip Hop origins with traditional dance steps choreographed into a low-impact workout. This class isn't just a workout, it's a blast! |

Eric's Body Shop Press & sweat your way to a chiseled physique with your body shop "technician" Eric Forrest. His high energy & motivating moves will aid you in getting the detailed results you crave. Pilates This fitness concept is based on the exercise theories of Joseph H. Pilate. Using controlled breathing, body resistance, and sustained balancing movements. You will transform your body into the lean and shapely figure you've always wanted while increasing your overall strength. Sign-up at the front desk. Level 1, 2, & 3 Signature Strength Get ready for a complete full body workout! Each instructor adds their own individual touch to this awesome strength based class using body bars, barbells, resistance bands, etc, to increase your strength. |

| **Cross-Training (Note:1st Tues. of each month) There are 3 main components to this class-Cardiovascular endurance, strength and flexibility. This class is taught by one of our top Certified Personal Trainers. Get for people training for upcoming 5 & 10K, half-full marathons. *Self Defense* *Extra fee involved-call for details. 255-8080 Ab Core Challenge 15 min blast of hard "core" ab workout. This is a great add on class. Aqua Fit Water based exercise. **Class size is limited, please see front desk for further information. Cardio Yoga Fusion Cardio drills set to upbeat fun music combined with traditional asana's (yoga poses). Cross Training Kettlebell Core Basic Kettlebell instruction designed around core movements. Mat pilates A complete training of the mind and body through control of muscular movements to increase strength, balance, flexibility and postural awareness. PiYo An integration of Yoga and Pilates that will help you develop strength and flexibility in all the major muscle groups while adding a mind body connection to your experience. Spinning A 45-60 minute high energy, motivating, indoor group cycling class for all fitness levels. Bikes are adjustable to provide a custom fit so each participant may ride in comfort at their own fitness level. There is a beginner's class offered that will teach you all the basics of riding, recommended for all participants. |
