BOSU Conditioning
A fun and intense aerobic and strength class that will challenge your endurance and agility!

Cardio Power
A low impact high intensity workout on the step, BOSU and floor along with body sculpting and toning with weights band and bars. This class is a full body workout that promises to tone and tighten all parts of your body without the stress of a high impact workout! All levels are invited to join this fun, high energy class.

Cardio X
In this class X is for eXtreme!! Be ready to move it & maybe even shake it- but definitely be ready to sweat it all out!

Kickboxing
Put your gloves on and get ready to kick & punch your way to a fabulous fit physique. This class will introduce you to the amazing results that come from a boxers' workout & will keep you coming back for more!

TURBOKICK
You will kick, punch and groove that calories away in this action packed, fun and safe cardiovascular workout!

ZUMBA!
An exciting combination of Latin, African and R & B/Hip Hop origins with traditional dance steps choreographed into a low-impact workout. This class isn't just a workout, it's a blast!

This fitness concept is based on the exercise theories of Joseph H. Pilate. Using controlled breathing, body resistance, and sustained balancing movements. Aqua Fit
(held at the Varsity Club on Main Street) A fun,low-impact exercise option for anyone searching for a challenging cardiovascular workout . During class, specialized water equipment will utilize water resistance in order to focus on strength training and toning of all major muscle groups.

Bootcamp Extreme
BootCamp Extreme is a high energy, calorie burning, fat melting, sweat pouring workout! Although the concept of Circuit training is not new, each and every class will be. Designed to efficiently work your body from head to toe each week as well as cure those "Gym Boredom Blues". Circuits will incorporate resistance, free weights and core as well as cardio exercises. The one thing you sure will not find, is the "same old thing."

CorePole Fusion
Experience the versatility and unlimited movement options that deliver Cardio, Strength, Stability & Flexibility with one tool. The Corepole harnesses the collective energy of people working together to deliver supreme individual results.

Cross-Training
There are 3 main components to this class  cardiovascular endurance, strength and flexibility. This class is taught by one of our top Pinnacle Certified Trainers and is guaranteed to get you in shape!

Dance BLAST
This FUN dance class will include all types of dance, no class will ever be the same! Latin, Jazz, Mambo, Swing and lots of surprises! Come in for a very pleasant change in your workout, you'll not go away disappointed!

Hi-Lo Floor & More
This fantastic Hi-Lo Cardio workout will get you movin'! These simply and easy to follow floor routines will energize you and kick your metabolism into high gear while creating that beautiful body you have long wished for! This is a full body workout and all levels are invited to participate.

NonStop HIP HOP
Get dance moves taught in a traditional aerobic format to the latest hip hop music. This workout is for anyone looking for a fluid workout without a lot of choreography.

Power Step & Tone
This low intensity, high impact workout will leave you invigorated! We incorporate dance elements such as turns, mambos, stomps and easy to follow moves on an elevated platform will protecting our ankle from high impact moves. Weights, core and more are a must for any level of fitness!

Signature Strength
Strengthening & toning for the major muscle groups using dumbbells, your own body weight & resistance bands and a few surprises thrown in. This full body workout will sculpt parts you may have forget you had!

Spinning
A 45-60 minute high energy, motivating, indoor group cycling class for all fitness levels. Bikes are adjustable to provide a custom fit so each participant may ride in comfort at their own fitness level. There is a beginner's class offered that will teach you all the basics of riding, recommended for all participants.

Yoga: Friday Fusion
Stretching poses in sequence are effective for injury recovery, balance, alignment & mental focus. This is a restorative class with a good balance of movement synchronized with breathing as well as postures to release tension and improve flexibility.
