BOSU Circuit Challenge A fun and intense aerobic and strength class that will challenge your endurance and agility! Cardio Combo Come and enjoy this motivating, high energy cardio workout with variations of cardio and strength moves that will be sure to get that heart rate up! Cardio Kick Get your heartrate up and burn some calories with easy to follow kicking drills and punching moves, no dancing! Intro to Spin A class for first timers or newcomers to spinning Kick Fit Kickboxing A group fitness class that uses nine essential kicks and four boxing moves to provide an easy to follow, intense workout! Utilizing boxing gloves, kick bags and jump ropes. You'll leave class begging for more! Level 1, 2, & 3 Low N Lean Low impact continuous movement while using light dumbbells. A solid workout that is sure to improve your cardiovascular endurance and capacity. Power Spin A 90 minute high energy, motivating, indoor group cycling class for all fitness levels. Bikes are adjustable to provide a custom fit so each participant may ride in comfort at their own fitness level. There is a beginner's class offered that will teach you all the basics of riding, recommended for all participants. TURBOKICK You will kick, punch and groove that calories away in this action packed, fun and safe cardiovascular workout! Zumba ZUMBA! An exciting combination of Latin, African and R & B/Hip Hop origins with traditional dance steps choreographed into a low-impact workout. This class isn't just a workout, it's a blast! |

| Pilates This fitness concept is based on the exercise theories of Joseph H. Pilate. Using controlled breathing, body resistance, and sustained balancing movements. You will transform your body into the lean and shapely figure you've always wanted while increasing your overall strength. Sign-up at the front desk. Level 1, 2, & 3 Yoga Using asanas (yoga poses), stretching sequences, meditation moments, your body will benefit physically and mentally while you increase strength and flexibility. |

| 300 & You If you thought BootCamp was hard....try this class out! You will be pushed to your absolute threshold in every area physically and mentally. Are YOU ready? Butts n Guts! Spend your time concentrating on your tummy, hips, butt, and thighs using fun strength training moves to sculpt and define! Cardio Blast! A dynamic cardiovascular workout that can be moderate to high intensity. You will alternate between hi-low impact on the floor and step for optimal fun and fat burning! Circuit There are 3 main components to this class. Cardiovascular endurance, strength and flexibility. This class is taught by a Pinnacle Certified Trainer. Corepole Fusion Experience the versatility and unlimited movement options that deliver cardio, strength, stability, and flexibility with one tool! The Corepole harnesses the collective energy of people working together to deliver supreme individual results! Mat pilates A complete training of the mind and body through control of muscular movements to increase strength, balance, flexibility and postural awareness. Only Abs A 15 minute abdominal workout targeting your entire core area. Pilates Corepole Same principles applied with the use of the corepole. PiYo An integration of Yoga and Pilates that will help you develop strength and flexibility in all the major muscle groups while adding a mind body connection to your experience. Restore Your Core Signature Strength Get ready for a complete full body workout! Each instructor adds their own individual touch to this awesome strength based class using body bars, barbells, resistance bands, etc, to increase your strength. Spinning A 45-60 minute high energy, motivating, indoor group cycling class for all fitness levels. Bikes are adjustable to provide a custom fit so each participant may ride in comfort at their own fitness level. There is a beginner's class offered that will teach you all the basics of riding, recommended for all participants. Step N Tone Cross training class combining stamina and strength of step with add weight resistance exercises to develop muscle tone! SUPER Spin A 75 minute high energy, motivating, indoor group cycling class for all fitness levels. Bikes are adjustable to provide a custom fit so each participant may ride in comfort at their own fitness level. There is a beginner's class offered that will teach you all the basics of riding, recommended for all participants. Treading A motivational treadmill class designed for walkers and runners. Light strength moves followed by basic stretching will round out this perfect combination of moves for those who love the treadmills! |
